I am the mother of two young boys and I love working with other moms during and after pregnancy, as well as babies and children of all ages. Besides working with the general public I also work with high level athletes to support acute injuries, injury prevention and general health maintenance. I am happy to work with anyone who wants to increase and maintain their health.
I have over 10-years of experience working with others in a rehabilitative and health focused context. My past studies in Psychology and Yoga philosophy have given me a holistic view of health. I believe that we are more than just muscles and bones and that our mental and emotional health contribute greatly to our physical state, and vice versa.
I am a member of Osteopathy BC, a professional association for Osteopathic Practitioners in BC. I am able to provide a registration number for insurance purposes, please check with your plan to confirm your Osteopathy coverage.
